Research opportunity

Barnard’s Language Acquisition and Development Research laboratory is looking for two more students interested in a for-credit or volunteer research assistantship in our lab this coming semester. Our ideal candidate is proficient in American Sign Language (or any other sign language) but we will consider anyone with a desire to learn (we will be hopefully be hiring an ASL tutor for our lab this semester).
Our laboratory conducts research on language genesis, acquisition, and development, focusing on an emerging sign language in Nicaragua. This is a link to our (outdated) web site (updating it is one of our current projects!):

Interested students should contact Sara Maria Hasbun at saramaria.h@gmail.com and attach a resume/CV.
